## W3C source attribution and changes
The Access Atlas guidance corpus includes material derived from the W3C documents listed below. Copyright © 2026 World Wide Web Consortium. The linked pages are informative guidance. Access Atlas paraphrased selected guidance, organized it into related guide/source/check records, and added original questions and proposed manual-review prompts on 2 October 2026. These are modifications; the resulting records are not official W3C documents. No W3C endorsement, product testing, legal opinion, or certification is claimed.

### Changes since the previous document
- The 2023 version updates identification of the copyright holder.
## Separately installed local model and runtime
The local runner uses the Ollama tag [`qwen2.5:7b`](https://ollama.com/library/qwen2.5:7b). The upstream [Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct model](https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct) identifies its license as Apache 2.0; its [full model license](https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct/blob/main/LICENSE) includes Copyright 2024 Alibaba Cloud. [Ollama's full runtime license](https://github.com/ollama/ollama/blob/main/LICENSE) is MIT, Copyright (c) Ollama. Consult those upstream license files for the separately installed model and runtime. The public application source archive contains neither model weights nor the Ollama binary.
The Sanity/React/other packages are installed from the package manifest and retain their own licenses and notices in their distributions. Original Access Atlas code is covered by its accompanying LICENSE. This notice was checked against the primary source and upstream license pages on 2 October 2026.
